Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 60-day return & exchange policy. If you’re not satisfied, you can return or exchange unused items in original condition within 60 days of delivery. Items can be exchanged only once.

Conditions:

• Items must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, with tags.

• Returns require a trackable shipping method.

• Include any promotional gifts; otherwise, their value will be deducted from your refund.

• Personalized/engraved items and custom-size/color orders are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

Refunds:

• Processed within 5 days of receipt to the original payment method.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• MiuseJewelry reimburses $10 for return shipping if the item is wrong, defective, or damaged (contact within 48 hours for defects).

Cancellations:

• Personalized/engraved/special orders enter production within 8 hours of payment.

• Cancel within 8 hours: no fee.

• Cancel 8–24 hours: 10% fee.

• Cancel after 24 hours: 30% fee.

Most items ship within 7 business days. Popular styles may ship in 3–7 days, you’ll receive a PayPal email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Two shipping methods are available for orders in our store.

Most orders ship in 7–15 business days (3–7 for popular items, up to 25 for custom/engraved).*Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Expedited shipping cannot go to PO Boxes or military addresses; only Free Standard Shipping is available for those.

Once shipped, you’ll get a PayPal email with tracking. Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control.
